Fortech will take part in UNITI Expo 2026, scheduled from May 19 to 21 in Stuttgart, the leading biennial event in Europe for the service station and fuel retail industry.
At Hall 5 – Stand E57, we will present a clear vision: a technology ecosystem designed to orchestrate the entire forecourt and point of sale, reducing operational complexity while enabling new business models.
The centerpiece of our presence will be smartOPT | Maxi, the terminal at the core of Fortech’s current product evolution. No longer just a payment device, it becomes a true forecourt media device.
Its 21-inch full-touch display in a vertical 9:16 format introduces a familiar visual language (one borrowed from smartphones) transforming the refueling moment into a space for interaction.
This is where the shift happens: full-screen content, adaptive interfaces, video, voice guidance, and step-by-step user flows create an experience that is not only functional, but also immersive.
smartOPT | Maxi also integrates an all-in-one PCI 6.x payment terminal, enabling acceptance of all major payment methods. The device thus becomes a strategic touchpoint, capable of activating communication, service, and customer engagement simultaneously.
Complementing this, OPTcompact | Oil will also be showcased in Stuttgart. A solution designed for leaner environments, yet built on the same principles of integration and control. A compact device, installable directly on the dispenser, it maintains high standards of efficiency and operational simplicity, demonstrating how technology can scale across different station formats without losing consistency.
The ecosystem is completed by smartPOS | Touch, the multifunctional point-of-sale system that extends integration across the entire site. Fuel, shop, food service, car wash, EV charging, and parking coexist within a single operational environment, enabling centralized and seamless service management. One unified system, designed to connect all business lines and provide a holistic view of operations.
