When and how?
The service is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12:30 am and 2 pm to 6:30 pm at +39(02)961791 CET

We guarantee a highly qualified service on all our products.
What do I do to start the service?
You need to take out a subscription for the number of assistance hours you want to use. This can be done in two ways:
1) filling in the online request form
2) contacting the Sales Department at +39(02)96179.1
In both cases the Sales Department will send the request form. The filled in form needs to be sent by fax to (02)96179.400 made out to Fortech Italia srl – Customer Service Department.
Fortech will inform you of the amount and method of payment. You pay in advance. The service is only provided if the Customer has made all payments.
When and how can I contact the technical assistance service?
Monday – Friday 9 am – 12:30 pm and 2 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday: same hours as during the week but with reduced staff.
Sundays and holidays: There is no technical support on Sundays and during holidays. It's possible to agree on technical support or availability for extraordinary support with the Fortech Customer Service.
